Description

This is a repair kit for the Victor SR 450 oxygen regulator.
There are multiple options. The drop down menu doesn't display enough characters to see the options properly, so please note the option number you'd like and select that from the menu.
Prior to selecting your option, please note that SR 450/460 diaphragms are stainless, and have no rubber disc like the SR250/ SR350 series, and rarely need to be replaced unless missing or damaged. The repair kit includes the small inner diaphragm o-ring and large outer diaphragm o-ring, which are the only soft parts relating to the diaphragm that need to be replaced when rebuilding your regulator. ALWAYS clean the seat nozzle as shown in the last photo to ensure no dirt/debris/oil are present prior to completing your rebuild. We have recently added the option of including the safety seat (part 16B on the parts breakdown photo) for your relief valve in with our repair kits. The relief valve is self reseating, but debris can be lodged in the relief valve, preventing it from working properly. If your safety seat rubber is extremely worn, torn, or flat, you may need to replace it.
