Replacement filter set for Harbor Freight generator 9000W/7250W models fitted with 13 HP 420cc motor. It is shipped un-oiled; add a couple drops of oil to the filter and squeeze/work it for a minute in the supplied bag, then install.
These fit Harbor Freight Predator models sold under 63968, 63969, 63970. I *strongly* recommend you physically inspect filter prior to ordering to see what Harbor Freight used in your model, as HF is inconsistent in part use and changes.

How do I oil the air filter?
Put ~3-4 caps full of oil on filter. Motor oil, 2 stroke oil, bar oil are all fine for this.
Put filter in bag and squeeze filter to work the oil into the filter. The bag saves your hands getting messy
