This listing is for a fun budget deck for the casual commander player.  The deck is built to overwhelm your opponents with an army of Slivers!  Below is a complete decklist broken down by card function so you can get a closer look.

Designer Notes:  Use The First Sliver to build your board quickly by getting free cascades on all your Slivers!  The deck plays extra card draw spells to recover after your opponents board wipes.  Try to stack effects like collective blessing and muscle sliver to give your creatures huge buffs while using cards like Battering Sliver and Pulmonic Sliver to make your creatures hard to block.
