Overview
This listing is for a fun budget deck for the casual commander player.  The deck is built to cast free spells with your commander and beat them to death at the same time!  Below is a complete decklist broken down by card function so you can get a closer look.

Designer Notes:  The deck will cast an average of 2 noncreature spells each time Narset attacks.   Use cards like Eel Umbra to protect your commander.   Haste enablers like Ashling's Prerogative ensure that Narset can attack the same turn you cast her!  Always set Ashling's Prerogative to Evens (tokens CMC is 0 which is even.)  This deck has a lot of removal for controlling the board.  Cards like Response // Resurgence will allow you to activate Narset's Ability multiple times in a row.
