Overview
This listing is for a fun budget deck for the casual commander player.  The deck is built to force your opponent to draw and discard cards until they lose to Nekusar!  Below is a complete decklist broken down by card function so you can get a closer look.

Designer Notes:  Get your commander in play and start casting cards to force your opponent to draw and discard cards.  There are lots of cards that are similar to your commander for redundancy and to
accelerate
the damage everyone is taking.  Use Encroaching Wastes
to destroy your opponent's Reliquary Tower if they have that land in play to prevent your opponents from keeping all the cards you let them draw.
