This listing is for a fun budget deck for the casual commander player.  Use your commander to make your army of creatures with +1/+1 counters on them immortal!  Sacrifice your creatures for huge value!  Below is a complete decklist broken down by card function so you can get a closer look.

Designer Notes:  Getting a +1/+1 counter onto marchesa herself is a good idea so she can bring herself back making it very hard for your opponents to interrupt what  you're planning.  Undying creatures can be used as sacrifice fodder.  You can
sacrifice
them for huge value and repeatedly bring them back with marchesa.  Sapphire drake can give your whole team flying allowing you to hit hard in the air and knock opponents out of the game in 1 go.
