This listing is for a fun budget deck for the casual commander player.   Save your mana across turns so you can cast massive expensive bombs to finish the game.  Below is a complete decklist broken down by card function so you can get a closer look.

Designer Notes:  The deck plays a lot of mana ramp and allows you to keep the mana across turns with your Commander.  You finish the game with powerful but expensive finisher cards.  Victory chimes is great in this deck because it allows you to float 1 colorless mana every turn with your commander in play.
