This listing is for a fun budget deck for the casual commander player.  This deck gets incredible value casting spells from your hand and graveyard.

Designer Notes:  Many of the card draw spells also help you fill your graveyard for your commander.  Cards like Talrand, Sky summoner and guttersnipe will help finish games out.  You can cast Ignite the Future with your commander for 4 mana and cast the spells for free.  Cruel Ultimatum and Rise from the Tides are huge bombs in this deck and can allow you to get way ahead!
