This listing is for a fun budget deck for the casual commander player.  Get your Commander into play and overwhelm your opponents with tons of artifacts and card draw!  Below is a complete decklist broken down by card function so you can get a closer look.

Designer Notes:  Once you get Jhoira into play your goal is to play as many artifacts as you can to draw your win conditions, then finish out the game with those.  Cards like Rise and Shine allow your artifacts to hit hard and win through combat damage, while cards like firebrand archer will hit your opponents for direct damage for every artifact you play.  Rebuild and Paradoxical outcome can help you pick up all your artifacts and replay them for even more value.  Mana effects like Etherium sculptor are the unsung heroes of this deck by allowing you to play many artifacts in the same turn more easily.
