Designer Notes:  Get your Commander in play, then play a bunch of artifacts and enchantments and build up a token army!  The tokens have flying, so the deck plays a lot of cards that benefit flying creatures like Jubilant Skybonder and Kangee, Sky Warden.  Cards like Dictate of Heliod and Campaign of Vengeance will help you finish the game by pumping up your flying token army!
