    Regulator is B fittings out.  CGA 540 inlet regulator fitting will fit the

    canister valve included.

    alve is reverse (counterclockwise) thread onto canister.
    Oxygen regulator also fits directly onto most refillable oxygen tanks with CGA 540 tank valve threads. So, if you trade up to refillable tanks, this regulator will fit. Just don't use the valve included.
