Replacement Honda Elite E ES air filter and plug, made in USA. This bike was sold in US from 1988-1990; if unsure your model check the filter prior to order. It is shipped un-oiled; add ~2 caps of oil to the filter and squeeze/work it for a minute in the supplied plastic bag, then install.
Having an air filter in place is *critical* to the proper running of the Honda Spree. The engine literally won't run without it in place.
Includes factory spec NGK BPR6HS plug. Replacing both plug and filter while you have the panel off saves time.

How do I oil the air filter?
Put ~2 caps full of oil on filter. Motor oil, 2 stroke oil, bar oil are both fine for this.
Put filter in bag and squeeze filter to work the oil into the filter. The bag saves your hands getting messy
