This auction is for a 60 card, blue/black Ninja deck.  The goal of this deck is to cast very cheap creatures that are unblockable or evasive, and then to use these creatures to Ninjutsu out your powerful ninja cards on turns 3-4.  The deck features 4 copies each of Changeling Outcast, Faerie Seer, and Phantom Ninja as unblockable/evasive cheap creatures.  These are then used to Ninjutsu out Mist-Syndicate Naga, Ingenious Infiltrator, Moonblade Shinobi, and the incredibly powerful Fallen Shinobi.  The deck also features card draw (Ingenious Infiltrator and Opt), Lifegain (Throakseeker), and spells to disrupt your opponent (String of Disappearances and Mana Leak).  This is an incredibly aggressive, evasive, and efficient deck, using many cards from the Modern Horizons set.  T
