Replacement air filter for Harbor Freight Predator 8 HP 301cc horizontal shaft engine (p/n 61415). Includes NGK BPR6ES spark plug as replacement for Torch plug.
It is shipped un-oiled; add a couple drops of oil to the filter and squeeze/work it for a minute in the supplied bag, then install.
Having an air filter in place is *critical* to the proper running of the engine.

How do I oil the air filter?
Put ~3-4 caps full of oil on filter. Motor oil, 2 stroke oil, bar oil are all fine for this.
Put filter in bag and squeeze filter to work the oil into the filter. The bag saves your hands getting messy
