Pair Of Hand Carders Wool Blending Carding Available in 4 Different Sizes. Please read the measurements before ordering<br>A pair of very light weight wool hand carder combs for carding wool fleece, cotton or silk for spinning and felting.  Use together or one at a time to separate fibers and fluff up your fleece.<br>Use them for blending roving so you can make your own custom colors. I put blended some white fleece with some brown roving in the photo and it looked perfect for making a life like needle felted dog or cat of many different breeds.<br>The wooden handle is very comfortable on the hand and easy to use.  The extra large handle is 4.5 inches ( 11.43 cm) and the small, medium and  large, medium and small handle is 2.75 inches (7 cm).The photos show a comparison of large and extra large sizes. These are the 2 sizes I use for preparing wool fleece for my felting projects. I like the Extra Large because the handles are longer and a better shape than the other sizes and they are more comfortable in my hand  to use than the small, medium and large combs. I use the large and extra large for different projects but I recommend the extra large pair if you are going to buy one pair.<br>.The stainless steel tines length is about 1/2 inch (1.5 cm). The back of the plate is stainless steel also.
